Igor is a digital AI worker with a name and a role. You hire him for the whole job, not a single task - he stays on top of your inbox, quotes, invoices and deadlines, so you don't have to. By day you work side by side; at night he closes tasks so they are ready in the morning.
We start with the one pain that eats your week. We show the effect, then grow the team.
We get to know your company and processes, and choose the role of your first Igor.
Esme, our persona architect, gets to know your company and designs your Igor around your processes. Then we build and calibrate it (about a week).
Igor starts working in your channels; after 90 days a joint review of results (the review guarantee).
In the Studio every Igor is custom-designed for your company - like an architect who designs for a specific plot, then oversees the build. The stitch on our "Done." seal is a signature: designed and finished by hand.
Fewer hours on repetitive tasks means lower costs and more room for profit.
ChatGPT is a great tool - we use it ourselves. There is one difference: a tool waits for you. An employee works on his own. Igor is an employee.
Real deployments of Igor teams. Not a demo - daily work.
Five Igors in daily work on a product used by hundreds of thousands of students.
Nine Igors, from development to verifying game mathematics.
Two more Igor teams work at clients covered by confidentiality agreements.
A dozen or so companies are in the discovery and testing phase.
The same engine will build your Igors.
The owner's first question. Here are the plain rules it runs on.
A dedicated server for your company alone - no shared pool with other clients.
High availability with automatic recovery after failure - memory and configuration versioned like a service log.
Your data does not train anyone else's models.
Every write to your systems (email, calendar, invoices) needs your consent.
GDPR and AI Act compliant.
Full visibility and control: you see what your Igor did and can stop it at any moment.
One minute, no sign-up. Get an Igor line-up and an estimate of the time you win back.
Every engagement starts with an intro call and setup. The final lineup is picked on the intro call.
You do not pay for a tool. You pay for work done - like an employee, only cheaper. Prices net (+VAT).
Example for one Igor (The Resident, full price €650/mo):
* Plus a one-time implementation fee (setup, configuration and onboarding): €166 for a single Igor (The Resident), €357 for The House of Igors.
"Bring your own key" (BYOK): you connect your own model key and pay for usage yourself - in exchange, a lower subscription. In the standard variant we take responsibility for models and infrastructure, within a fair usage limit.
Entry discount: your first three months are cheaper - 30%, 20% and 10% respectively - then the full listed price.
Every engagement starts with an intro call and setup - a conversation about your processes, the right Igor roles and a rollout plan. We pick your team lineup on the intro call. Contract: first 3 months, then monthly with a one-month notice period. First month paid up front.
Each of them is an Igor - that's the trade. You make him yours by giving him a name. A named digital AI worker with a role, built on a shared skill core. You hire the one you need.
Runs your inbox, calendar and reminders. In the House of Igors plan he coordinates the other Igors - he is the one who holds it all together.
Watches deadlines, statuses and agreements with subcontractors. Nothing slips, and you do not have to chase anyone.
Handles inquiries from first contact to close. Follows up on unfinished conversations before they go cold.
Issues invoices, reminds late payers, reports who is overdue. No more invoicing after hours.
Posts, newsletter, replies - in your brand voice, in your style.
Answers questions, shares status updates, catches problems before they grow into complaints.
Job ads, application screening, scheduling interviews. You step in only to meet the best.
A second voice on big decisions: breaks the plan into scenarios and risks before you spend the money.
Reads your numbers every month: margins, cash flow, overdues. Tells you straight what does not add up.
Every Igor shares a core: inbox, calendar, comms, documents, company memory and integrations. On top of it, each builds a role - and learns your company. It gets better every month; a year-old Igor is an employee who never forgets.
Igor - like the faithful helper in every mad-scientist movie. Except this one works in your company, not in a lab. And he actually gets things done.
In The House of Igors you pick as many Igors as you actually need. Here is what an example set of seven, picked for what eats your week, can look like:
Who it is for: the owner whose desk everything crosses: inquiries, invoices, deadlines. The company stalls when they go on holiday.
Clients get an answer within an hour, not after the weekend. Quotes and reminders go out on their own, invoices get issued, and deadlines watch each other. The personal assistant gathers everything and hands you a ready list of decisions in the morning - only yours, nobody else's. Once a month the finance advisor tells you what the numbers show.
The effect: operations come off your plate. The company answers faster than the competition, and for the first time in a long while you have time for what grows the business, not just keeps it running.
Who it is for: the owner before big moves: an investment, a new market, growing the team. Big companies have a board for this. You have yourself - and your evenings.
Once a month you get a review like a company with a real board: numbers, risks and recommendations - and the advisors tell you straight where the plan does not add up, before you spend the money. Day to day the team executes: sales watches the funnel, marketing builds reach, the recruiter finds people for the expansion, and projects run on schedule.
The effect: you make decisions like a big company - with advisors and data - without the cost of a supervisory board and a floor of directors.
These sets are examples - the final lineup is picked on the intro call.
We run every implementation ourselves. Meet the founders.
Co-founder. 20+ years in technology, from engineer to CTO and VP of Engineering at companies like Cisco, HSBC and ABB. Scaled teams from 10 to 100+ engineers across three continents - he knows what a company looks like when the owner can no longer keep up with their own operations. At Igors he runs every implementation personally, from the first conversation to a working team.

Co-founder, builder of the engine. Sixteen years in operating seats as COO, General Manager and founder: teams from zero to 140, products serving 2M+ monthly users. He builds production AI that does real work, because he has spent a career on the hook for real work getting done. If your Igors run, it's because Łukasz built the engine they run on.

"We don't sell a tool and disappear after the signature. We run implementations ourselves - both of us."
It's worth it if your company has repeatable work someone does by hand every week, and if there's something to build a company memory from: documents, price lists, correspondence, examples of good replies. It works best in companies of five to fifty people, where the owner or a few key people are the bottleneck for everything. We advise against it in three cases: if you're looking for a tool to configure yourself for a few dozen dollars a month, if all the work happens over the phone and none of it ends up in writing, and if you only need one task done once a month - then the subscription won't pay for itself, and we'll say so on the first call. We don't sell to everyone, and that saves time on both sides.
Let's do the math for you instead of leaving you to work it out. The Resident: €455 subscription for the first month (already with the -30% entry discount) plus €166 one-time implementation fee - €621 net together. If you bought The Prototype first, the €70 you paid is credited toward the implementation fee. The House of Igors (starting at 2 Igors): €581 subscription plus €357 implementation fee, €938 net together. From month two the discount drops to -20%, from month three to -10%, and from month four you pay the full listed price. For a wider scope (several processes at once, integrating with your system, building a knowledge base from scratch), we quote the setup individually after the intro call and tell you the number before you sign anything.
The first three months, then it's a monthly contract with one month's notice. The first month is paid upfront, same for every month after. The three months aren't a lock-in trick: in the first month we build the company's memory and measure the starting point, and the result only shows up in month two and three, so a shorter contract would mean judging us on the rollout alone. After you give notice, you get a handover of the memory and agreements, and we delete your data - the deadlines and format are in the contract, not in our good intentions.
Your company has its own separate environment, just for you, and your data doesn't mix with other clients' - there's no shared pool. On our side, access is limited to specifically named people, only for as long as needed for setup or a fix, and every such access is logged. We don't read your correspondence for fun or to develop the product: if resolving an issue requires looking into a specific case, we ask your permission and tell you why. All of this goes into a data processing agreement, which you get to review before signing, together with a list of every vendor that touches your data in any way.
No. We don't touch people - an Igor takes on the work nobody in the company enjoys and nobody plans for themselves: retyping, reminding, chasing deadlines, tidying the inbox, hunting for that one attachment. The company grows, costs drop everywhere except payroll, and your people start doing what you actually hired them for. If you're looking for a way to shrink your team, say so on the first call - then we're not the right supplier for you, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Honestly: we're a young company, and this question can't be waved away with reassurance, so we answer with a plan, not a promise of immortality. The exit is written into the contract: on request, you get a handover of your Igor's memory - company knowledge, agreements, configuration and decision history - in a readable format and within the contract's deadline, not "whenever we get to it." That means even in the worst case, you keep the most valuable thing: your company's knowledge, written down, which before us existed nowhere except in people's heads and other people's inboxes. The engine the Igor runs on stays ours, and we're not hiding that - leaving means you keep the knowledge, and the tool has to be rebuilt elsewhere.
Platforms of this kind are self-serve tools for technical teams - great if you know what to automate and your team lives in a messaging app. Igors work the other way round: we deploy and run them, and Igor works where a European company actually lives - email, WhatsApp, messaging apps. In your language, with knowledge of European realities. We don't sell a tool you assemble yourself - we deliver an employee who works from the first month.
Leave your details. We will reach out and book the intro call.
